When you walk into Melbourne St Dental Studio, you’ll feel right at home in our comfortable atmosphere. Our professional, caring staff is ready to greet you and show you around the practice so that you can relax in our lounge area until your appointment time.
The First Appointment
Your initial visit is about getting to know you and what you’d like to receive from treatment. Our examination process is an hour long and consists of a consultation, cleaning and X-rays. We’ll go through our findings with you and work together to plan out any future treatment needed.
Please bring your health cover card in with you. You’ll have some forms to complete on-site when you arrive.
Nervous Patients Welcome!
We pride ourselves on gentle care given with an understanding manner. Many people who have felt anxious about visiting the dentist in the past found that they were able to complete their appointment without trouble. If necessary, we can prescribe a medication that you can take before you come in.
Insurance and Payment Information
We are in-network providers with Bupa and HCF and accept all health funds. You can claim your rebate immediately on-site with HICAPS.
We also provide in-house payment plans that are interest-free.
